In 12 weeks total weight loss 16 1/4 lbs, total inches: 9 inches Comparing my health from the start of the plan to now: I was really suffering with fatigue, long covid, bad skin (was taking long term acne medication), puffy face. All that has changed! My husband says my face is brighter now, even first thing in the morning! No puffy under eyes. No skin tablets anymore! Loads more energy.

Inch loss in total since the start = 12, Weight down by 1 stone and 6 lbs! 12 weeks later I feel reborn! No exaggeration - I’m pain free, sleeping like a log, waking refreshed, feeling clear headed and calm even in the face of a major house-move. I started out a frumpy size 16/18. Yesterday I bought a new pair of jeans. They are size 12! I could hardly believe it when the 14s were too big!
