Claire has worked in the fitness industry for 30 years and is the creator of  Barre Pilates Method  and  Reformer Fit  training. She runs a successful Pilates studio in Leeds, UK as well as delivering  teacher training courses to Pilates teachers.
As a business owner and mum, Claire had three babies in four years and Pilates saved her sanity!

Over her decades of teaching she gathered a huge amount of information on how to stay in shape and increase energy and wellness.

After the birth of her three children Claire wanted to get into the best shape of her life and competed in figure for a couple of years. Her experience as a figure competitor taught her how the leanest athletes on the planet shred fat which led her to combine all of this knowledge into the Pilates Body Plan!

As the presenter and creator of two TV series of  Pilates at Home, Claire is in high demand as a Pilates teacher and educator.
